Military & Special Operations
Built inside the communities you serve.
For nearly two decades, BCM's principals have worked embedded inside the special operations communities. We've sat in the operations centers, the family room briefings, and the response coordination calls. We've trained the providers and consulted to the leadership.
What we deliver
Force preservation. Trust restoration. Performance sustainability.
The work is operational, not therapeutic in framing — designed for elite humans under sustained load.
Who we work with
- Special operations commands on operator performance, family-system readiness, and leadership culture.
- Military behavioral health programs on training, supervision, and program design.
- Foundations supporting service members and families on programming, retreats, and crisis response.
- Benevolence organizations supporting Gold Star families and survivors of loss.
Things we've done
- Presented to component leads of U.S. Special Operations Command's Preservation of the Force and Families program.
- Coordinated casualty response and follow-on family support after the Extortion 17 mass casualty event with Naval Special Warfare Command.
- Architected and led a seven-year collective impact initiative on behalf of the Navy SEAL Foundation.
- Continue to run bereavement retreats for grieving Navy SEAL families.
Working with us
Our institutional partners are typically commands, program offices, and foundations with the buy-in and the budget to take on integrated, system-level work. We engage where there is readiness for meaningful work.
